Atelier de Bibi

A friend of mine asked me to create a logo for his side project: a carpentry workshop.

I tried different styles for this identity and finally used lettering in a round shape referring to a tampon shape. I also added a drawing of a log of wood.

Steps: 
After a benchmark, I began with pen and paper trying to find the right style to fit the activity. 
Once I had the foundation, I scanned and turned the drawings into a vector version to create the final version. I had finally added a damaging effect to refer to the wood texture.
